Semi-automatic bag emptying station
SEMAT
SEMAT a semi-automatic bag emptying station is used for the emptying of plastic pellets from 20 – 50 kg bags and for the filling of silos with pneumatic pressure conveying.
The seriesSEMAT ist is especially suited for granulated bulk material, mostly dust-free products. The theoretical flow rate are 400 and 800 bags per hour.
The charging of the SEMAT with bags of 20-50 kg is accomplished by an operator. Everything else as conveying, cutting, emptying and compacting the bags is done without human intervention.
The granulate falls into the feeding container and into the rotary feeder installed below it. The rotary feeder doses the granulate carefully into the conveyor pipe. From there the granulate is blown with overpressure through the conveyor pipe into the silo.
Consisting in:
- Horizontal conveyor belt, for the conveying of the bags in longitudinal sense to the inclined conveyor belt
- Inclined conveyor belt, for conveying the bags in longitudinal sense to the in-feed of the bag emptying station
- De-bagging container, with discharge flange combinable to a rotary valve
- Empty bag compactor, suitable for the compacting of the open and empty bags and compaction in a plastic film-tube
- Electric switch and control system
CEMATIC
CEMATIC a semi-automatic bag emptying station is used for the emptying of plastic granulate of 20-50 kg bags and for the filling of silos by spiral or pneumatic pressure conveying.
The series CEMATIC is suited for powdery bulk materials with bad flow properties and pourability, mainly dusty products. The theoretical emptying capacity are 120, 250, 600 and 1200 bags per hour.
The filling of the CEMATIC with 20-50 kg bags is accomplished by an operator, everything else as for example conveying, cutting, emptying and compacting the bags is done without human intervention.
The powdery bulk material falls into the feeding container and the rotary feeder or the screw conveyor below it. From there the granulate is conveyed carefully into the silo.
Consisting in:
- Inclined conveyor belt, for conveying the bags in longitudinal sense to the in-feed of the bag emptying station
- De-bagging container with vibrating discharge hopper connectable to the discharge flange connectable to a spiral conveyor or rotary valve
- De-dusting filter, for the de-dusting of the bag emptying machine
- Empty bag compactor, suitable for the compacting of the open and empty bags and compaction in a plastic film-tube
- Electric switch and control system
